Typically, orders will arrive within 7 business days. Please be advised that due to the current global situation, orders may be delayed out of our control.
If you placed an order for more than 1 item, for example a desk frame and a desk top, it is fairly common that the items become separated while in transit. If you don’t receive an item in your order, it will likely arrive within 3 business days from your first delivery. If you have any further questions concerning your order, please contact us.
It is very important that you take photos of the packaging and the damaged items. Please contact us with your order number, photos, and any additional details and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: Please keep the product's original box and all packaging, even if it is damaged.
Every product includes a printed copy of the assembly instructions. You can also download a PDF copy of the assembly instructions for your specific product from our Assembly Instructions page.
An Allen wrench is required & included in the hardware pack that comes with your desk. You will also need a Phillips screwdriver to attach the frame to your top.
No power tools are required to assemble your desk, but a drill driver will make it easier.

Our tops do not come with pre-drilled holes, however the only tool you will need to secure your top to your frame is a Phillips screwdriver using the provided screws. A drill driver will make the process easier, however it is not required.
